LENZING AG
Project experience from work at Lenzing AG | Lenzing, Austria | 2018–2020
Construction of a new filament pilot plant in a new building directly adjacent to an existing plant — during ongoing operations, with complex interlinking of both systems and shared infrastructure.
Services: plant construction management and overall coordination of all trades, plant planning and layout design, planning of all utility and supply lines, sequential construction and conversion schedule for parallel operation, minimizing downtime through forward-looking installation planning.
Result: project completed on schedule — without significant operational interruptions, despite high technical density and confined space conditions.
PRIMETALS TECHNOLOGIES
Project experience from work at Primetals Technologies (formerly Siemens VAI) | Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA | 2010–2015
Planning and commissioning of a complete water management plant for an American steel rolling mill — from basic engineering through multi-year on-site commissioning and operator training.
Services: basic and detail engineering, process planning and layout, equipment specifications and tendering, bid comparison and material selection, piping and equipment design, on-site installation supervision, commissioning as Commissioning Supervisor, multi-year operator training.
Result: plant handed over on time and in technically flawless condition. Operating staff fully trained and transitioned to independent operation.
BILFINGER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES
Project experience from work at Bilfinger Industrial Services | Malženice, Slovakia | 2009–2010
Piping construction and on-site work for a combined-cycle gas and steam power plant — first international large-scale project assignment, with responsibility for piping design, installation supervision, and on-site technical coordination.
Services: detail design of piping and supports, technical coordination between engineering, installation, and site, leading a planning group as support lead, on-site supervision and problem-solving, as-built documentation.
Result: successfully completed on-site assignment spanning around 8 months — a solid entry into international large-scale projects and the foundation of his interface expertise in plant engineering.
INFRANORM
Project experience from work at Infranorm Technologie GmbH | DACH region | 2016–2018
Independent execution of numerous projects in ventilation technology, hall climate control, and energy technology — from planning and component specification through supplier coordination and trade alignment to commissioning and complaint handling.
